TennisFX was established in 2010, in Florida, in the United States and since 2011, has operated out of the inner west of Sydney. Tennis FX is a professional tennis service co-owned by Monique Adamczak and Andrew Wagner.

Monique Adamczak is a Bachelor of Exercise Science graduate, who is currently completing her Honours degree, with Victoria University and Tennis Australia, in a study examining the development of elite tennis players in Australia. She is an Australian professional female tennis champion, Federation Cup member and a former Australian Institute of Sport Scholarship holder. She has appeared in over 20 Grand Slams, won 36 professional tennis titles, played on Rod Laver Arena at the Australian Open, and was a quarter-finalist at Junior Wimbledon. At present, she is coaching and mentoring junior tennis players at TennisFX, from the beginner to the elite level, while also competing on the WTA tour.

Andrew Wagner, is a professional tennis coach with the highest accreditation in Australia. He specialises in tennis development for all ages and levels. He has worked privately with professional WTA tour female players and professional ranked ATP Tour male players, from across the world, with the majority of his professional experience acquired in the United States. Andrew has coached players at all 4 Grand Slams and has been an active tour coach since 2003. Andrew embarked on a professional career which was cut short in 2002 following a serious shoulder injury which lead to two shoulder reconstructions and ended his playing days. Andrew also played representative and State league soccer in his younger years, and was also in the NSW U18s Team in 1998.
